10 Things You Shouldn't Do To Your Personal Trainer

I {your Personal Trainer} see things that other people don’t see, I may see things in you {a client}…that you cannot see.  While I realize you’re already perfect, for heavens sake let me help you.   It’s hard for me to understand why you pay me to help you and then don’t allow me to actually HELP. Here are: 10 Things You Shouldn’t Do To Your Personal Trainer.

Yes, I see your weaknesses and understand your challenges. Of course, I can help you correct the flaws and mistakes.  Always, I see the best in you, I see the potential.  But oh, the banter I face… the obstacles I must overcome {obstacles that you throw at me btw} trying to unwrap your potential…lol…smh.

It’s simple, a well designed workout should address your weaknesses, not reinforce your strengths.  So, I don’t care if your are really good a bicep curls, they’re not part of the plan today for that very reason.  Here’s a crazy idea…today let’s workout in silence and let your success make the noise. :p  Lol, I’ve never actually said that…but it has crossed my mind.

So, talk to me about whatever you want, your crazy next door neighbor, your cheating husband or ungrateful nephew. A workout can both make someone forget about their problems or bring them up.   Tell me if you had a bad day, I will toss the whole workout plan in the bin and just hand you a pair of boxing gloves.  Because I’m not into over-complicating what you need, it’s really that simple.

Rant over.

Most of all, I love it when clients take an active interest in their health. Please, talk to me, understand our sessions, potential for success and workout plan. All I am asking is for you to let me help.  Ultimately, the key to your success, is to cooperate.

So there you have it.  I would love to chat!
