pumpkin exercises

Hi there,

Maybe I’m from another planet, but am I the only one who is sick of pumpkin spice overkill? Seriously, have we had enough yet?  For me, it happened like this: On Sunday, I threw my hands up in the air and declared, “No way, I cannot do a pumpkin exercise workout post this week. Enough.”  I got up and left the room.

Because up until that point, I was seriously considering it.  Crazy right?! {No offense if you did a pumpkin workout post recently…whatevs}. Bleary eyed, I went to the kitchen wracking my brain for ideas other than the oh-so-obvious.  I was drawing a blankety blanks, everything pumpkin has been done already. Waffles, workouts, raffles, planters and seed projects…done.

Luckily, my son was in the kitchen so I shared my botheration with him. After a lot of brainstorming, bad ideas and laughs, this is what I ended up with.

When it comes to pumpkin workouts,

its time to take a look

at what won’t work.

1: Pumpkin Wall Squats

2: Sit-Up Partner Pumpkin Toss

Okay, okay…I had to cheat on the last three; do you know how hard it is to find 13 exercises that wont work with pumpkins?!

You can do a lot with a pumpkin!  So, if you’re still lovin’ pumpkin.  It’s not too late to pick up a pumpkin and have at it. Just do a quick internet search {pumpkin workouts} and you will find a ton of ideas… that actually work. 😉
