Happy Blogiversary

Oh my workout goodness! Welcome to my 2 nd Blogiversary! To celebrate, I’m sharing my 20 Minute Blogiversary HIIT Workout! It’s been 2 years since I started sharing my monthly workouts, my passion for fitness, motivation, recipes and nutrition tips to anyone that reads english!  Onward!

This month, I put a different twist on the very first workout I put out back in 2014 {25 Minute Treadmill Interval}. I revamped and renamed it the 20 Minute Blogiversary HIIT Workout. As I went back to search out the first workout I posted, I couldn’t help but smile. So many great memories and wow, I’ve come a long way since then. Ah yes, the good ol’ days.

25 Minute Treadmill Interval Workout

My life hasn’t really changed since I began this blog. I’ll admit, this blog keeps me busy, scratching my head…wondering what I’m going to write about next and trying to remember what I did with my free time before I started?  There is always work to do.  Always. I’m a slow blogger, I always spend a few days on every single post.  I write, I leave, I come back, I edit, I redo, I write, I leave, I…you get the picture.  I probably should get faster.

I’m looking forward to continuing to share and polishing up my photos with all the widgets, bells and whistles.  I love to experiment.  I love to be creative.  I secretly think that more people should be blogging.  What’s not to love? Am I right?!

Here’s to 2 more years!

You’ll need a treadmill {or go outside} and a timer set for 30 secs of work/3 min speed/1 min rest. Be sure to start with a warm up and include a good stretch at the end.

So there you have it.
