3 minute munch mix recipe

Need a quick snack?  In the mood for something crunchy to satisfy your munchies? Want a quick and easy recipe to try? This salty and sweet mix can be put together in just minutes.  Voila! munch, munch

Perfectly balanced and not overly sweet.  The popcorn adds a little salt to the mix, so use unsalted nuts. A touch of sweetness comes from the Craisins® (dried cranberries) and dark chocolate chips. Wholesome, filling and addictive snack for sharing (or not).  Get your own bag!

3 Minute Munch Mix

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup walnut halves
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/8 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/8 cup Craisins® dried cranberries
  • 1/8 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 cups 100-calorie lite popcorn

What to do

Pop the popcorn.  Let cool.  Mix in remaining ingredients. Share. Store in an air tight container.

This is NOT a low calorie snack.  Please mind your portion size 😉
