December Challenge Week 3, 54321 Total Body Workout

Hello friends!

Santa’s watching…so you need to be good and stick to your fitness goals. Or at least I do… after all I am a third of the way into my own challenge! Here it is week 3 and I’m countin’ down. Everything is going great, and Im super excited!  It’s the perfect time to share my 54321 Total Body Workout, let’s go!!!

Let’s lean out, rev up your metabolism, and get your holiday sweat on! No gear needed. This workout burns 165 – 326 calories. Work on your abs, core, butt, legs, and more.

Better watch out…

How it works: Up to four days a week, do 1 set of each timed exercise, with little to no rest between moves. After you finish the entire circuit, rest 45 to 60 seconds, and then repeat the whole thing 2 more times (2-3 circuits total).

You’ll need: Nothing! A Timer!

You don’t need a lot of time to get this workout done.  One round is just 15 minutes.  Hey, this time of year…you can spend 15 minutes waiting in line at the post office!  Just sayin’… grab your timers and let’s get busy.  Five, four, three, two, one, gotta love it!  You know I do!
