Welcome,

I am Autumn Blaszko.  I have been on a fitness journey for 12+ years. I have personal experience with dramatic weight-loss as well as overcoming the same fitness obstacles many women face juggling career, family and children. Most of all, I am passionate about fitness and dedicated to my clients and followers.  My job as a fitness blogger is not to convert people into fitness fanatics, but to share what I know.

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. I am also SilverSneakers Classic, SilverSneakers Circuit, Adult CPR and First Aid qualified.

I love strength & body weight training, creating workouts and experimenting in the kitchen. I try to live a healthy, balanced life but also enjoy my favorite indulgences {like- dark chocolate, wine & starbucks}.

I post once a week on Wednesdays except for the 3rd week of every month when I host The Recipe Redux Linkup on the 21st or 22nd.  Any additional weekly articles are ambitious icing on the cake.

My vision for this blog contains articles with my fitness tweaks, strategy, advice, my cleaned up versions of indulgent meals, sweaty workouts, quick & simple recipes and random shenanigans.

In case you’re wondering…whats the meaning of PTW ?  First & foremost it’s the initials of my Fitness Studio, “Personal Training Works”.  Second, it’s defined as “Play To Win”. Third it’s defined as “Professional Time Waster”.   HA!  I’ll be honest… all 3 are accurate depending on the given situation 😉
