Sometimes at the gym, I look for people working hard to inspire me. Witness the fitness. Just this week I saw 2 dudes putting on an ostentatious show of strength and agility. One after another with a “top this” attitude. One doing top bar muscle ups and the other doing suspended windshield wiper abs. Impressive and fun to watch and absolutely nothing sexy about it in my opinion.
Ever felt like punching someone in the face for something they did, but can’t do it for a million reasons? Frustrating, isn’t it? I am fully aware, when I get aggravated by the naive, it is not entirely because of their cluelessness – it is because of my own expectations.
