Game of Thrones Workout Season 6

This article is dark and full of exercises, much like Game of Thrones, Season Six. Summer is coming, in the real world. I concede, when I came up with this workout idea, I felt so super original. Then I got on the internet and discovered oodles of people have been making GOT workouts since season one.  Better late than never, here’s my version: Game Of Thrones Workout, Season Six. No sword needed!

There’s not a lot of rhyme or reason to what I like to watch on TV.  Hi, my name is Autumn, and I’m a venturesome TV watching train wreck .  Here is a brief sampling of some of the shows that I enjoy: Downton Abbey (RIP), Game of Thrones, Mr. Selfridge, The Leftovers, Poldark (RIP), Indian Summers, Chopped, The Curse of Oak Island, American Pickers, The Detectorists, Orange is the New Black, Say Yes to the Dress, My 600 lb life and Rachel Hunters Tour of Beauty.  Yikes.  How’s that for a little variety?!

Despite what the sheer number of TV shows might make you believe, I do not sit around watching TV all day.  Thank goodness for our DVR.  I have a home, family, full-time job, a side hustle and this blog {BTW, none of which I’m not particularly fast at}. I admit that as an educated woman in the real world workforce, maybe I shouldn’t be watching half the shows that I watch.  My motto is: You don’t find the time, you make the time..for everything…including entertaining guilty pleasures. 😉

Currently, my favorite character in the GOT is Arya Stark, her story is fascinating and dynamic. How in seven kingdoms she has survived this far is quite interesting. I know, I know… I’m not getting too terribly attached to her, as my all my prior attachments to characters end…abruptly.  Damn you, George RR Martin!

Lucky for me, I’m not living north of the wall, I’m free to write whatever my Wildling heart desires…even if this workout is appealing only to the Nights Watch audience, it’s still a good workout…albeit cold, grim and gritty.
