Perfect PINKtober Chest Workout

Perfect PINKtober Chest Workout

In case you weren’t aware, October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. To bring awareness to this important cause, I created the Perfect PINKtober Chest Workout. It’s not too late to turn up the awareness and pink out your workout! Most girls think that chest exercises should be left to men. In fact, most females are under the impression that chest training should be left out of their workout routines all together.

Fear not ladies, adding a chest workout will NOT make your boobs smaller. Breasts themselves will not grow with exercise, but the muscles underneath them, can develop. By doing a chest workout you wont make them bulky like a dude, they can only become “perkier”. It can actually give the illusion that they’re larger. As a matter of fact, if you have smaller boobs, they will seem visually bigger, because the muscles underneath can give the girls some lift. What’s not to love about that?!

Originally, I set out to do a post on spooky motivation, then I got a case of writers block switched gears and started a Halloween workout article.  Then I realized…I have posted a Halloween workout 2 years in a row!! Jeez! Don’t you remember, 13 Exercises That Don’t Work With Pumpkins or Sarcopenia Zombie Apocalypse ? Don’t worry, neither does anybody else {besides me} lol.  I swear, I have to do everything around here!

Perfect PINKtober Chest Workout. This year, awareness starts with me.

It’s never too late, if it means averting breast cancer I’d rather share a reminder and a quick chest workout that makes you feel strong and beautiful than a Predictable Pumpkin Spice Workout any day. So grab your pumpkins and get a mammogram, the best protection is early detection! 😉

So there you have it.  I would love to chat!

Did you notice that my exercises spell PINK? 😉

Do you do chest exercises as part of your workout routine?
