Hence, here is my Pretty Purple Goodness Smoothie (aka:  Coconut blueberry flaxseed) Recipe.

8 oz Ice Cold Coconut Water

1/2 Cup Ice Cold Fresh Blueberries

1 Tbls flaxseed

1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder

Simple to make with only a couple of ingredients it came together deliciously.  It’s full of ingredients that help fight inflammation and promote quick repair and healing, all of which are handy-dandy if you are physically active.  Not only can it help you recover, but it tastes great too!
