Anyway, fret no more…I’m back from the my soul vacation tracing my way through the constellation and I brought you something, hey, hey, hey.  1 quick full body workout!

1 Quick Full Body Workout!

Since the return from my stay on the moon, I listen like spring and I talk like June, hey, hey, hey.  I checked out Mozart while I did tae-bo. I found myself with a little extra time to grow, so I decided to squeeze in a quick workout.

Knowing that I still needed to get a few domestic things done {laundry, housework and a sewing project}, I ended up putting together a pretty quick and effective workout in no time flat. Reminds me that there’s room to change, hey, hey, hey (yeah).

Did the wind sweep you off your feet?!  If you’re in a time crunch, go through the routine once.  Did you finally get the chance to dance along the light of day then head back toward the Milky Way? If you have a little extra time on your hands, try repeating it two or three times. And tell me, did Venus blow your mind?
Was it everything you wanted to find? You’ll be sweatin’ after one round…just imagine how you’ll feel after two or three!

Tell me, did you fall from a shooting star? One without a permanent scar.
