7 Forward Lunges (each leg)

6 Incline Push Ups

5 Hip Dips

4 Leg Lifts (4 sets 5 reps)

3  Mountain Climbers (3 sets 6 reps)

2  Muscle Poses

and a

1  Minute Plank
